testing - Using anything but Testflight, how do I get iOS GameCenter Sandbox to appear on my father-in-law's phone? -
edit emphasis:
i live on east coast , father-in-law on west coast. he's coder himself, way back, though he's never developed osx or ios.
i want him join testing group ios game.
apple has managed make testflight worse , more unreliable used be, that's not option. , because tried first, , 4 days later i'm still waiting who-knows-what approved before can distribute it. on flip side, crashlytics got app on phone within half hour of downloading plugin.
so: can use crashlytics game on iphone, it's head-to-head game relies on game center sandbox mode. phone isn't develoment enabled, sandbox options don't appear him in settings.
how sandbox options show on phone?
suggestions use apple's testflight not acceptable answer question. question how enable these features without using testflight.
at time of writing, crashlytics distribution process beats apple's hands down: don't have wait through inexplicable "review period", don't have crawl through arcane configurations testers , builds , profiles , who's internal , who's external , etc etc, , best of app available distribute compile in xcode. no export process @ all.
so, no, suggestions use testflight won't do. exception if way enable gamecenter sandbox wrangle first distribution through testflight, , rest through crashlytics. if so, it. i'm really hoping someone's found way.
edit clear i'm not paid crashlytics:
i'm not married crashlytics either, though! if there's different method that's superior--and not testflight--please suggest it!
