i need create single page website in photoshop, display has optimized pc, tablet, phone etc. resolution work in achieve this?

you have create several designs suited devices expect typical. decisions depend on product selling , personae of typical clients.

since doing single page app exact height not critical still need design several base heights various devices , developer display more background fit.

the screen size pcs increasing bet go either 1280 or 1400 wide. tablets , phones there ever increasing set of form factors. note many tablets can display higher typical pc, call how high want support. google advice or read here.

so designers choose smallest form factor first identify key information , content , create next width etcetera.

i design @ least 3 screen sizes (as defined research of clients expected users) , set guidelines on how various elements degrade width in/decreases developer knows how setup css correctly , support new devices come market without redesign.
