php - xampp control panel Apache port is not opening -


i have downloaded xampp control panel , installed it, when run control panel shows error below. have changed port id , pid, same error reported despite that. have reinstalled xampp 3 times, issue persists.

for change port skype, can choose menu tools > options choose advanced > connection read it change port besides 80

ubuntu - Selenium Node Not Connecting to Hub, Not Opening Port -

i'm trying set demo selenium grid. have digital ocean ubuntu 14.02 droplet.
