MP4 video doesn't start from frame 0 in some players. Why? -


i'm noticing weird issue mp4 videos in app. reason, players not start video frame 0, rather drops first few frames.

for example: http://www.gifgrabber.com/app/misc/uploads/c44116b.mp4 open video in chrome - see video starts @ "55". open in quicktime or vlc, starts @ "54".

why this?

i guessing have seen video file above appears same in question referred below, if not, answer provides explanation:
