i started learning html (no coding background) , don't know means. write when start code after have no idea means. not know doctype means. happen if don't use it?

ubuntu - Selenium Node Not Connecting to Hub, Not Opening Port -

i'm trying set demo selenium grid. have digital ocean ubuntu 14.02 droplet.
