Need guidance on whether to use Telerik WPF controls or Caliburn Micro or both -


not sure if appropriate forum this, need guidance further down road wpf.

i've used telerik winform controls years , have mixed feelings them. good, nested, have steep learning curve, , don't perform best. example, working radwindow in wpf designer, it's slow compared native wpf controls.

i caliburn.micro mvvm framework , mahapps metro styles, keep same , feel ribbon bar i'd need use third party tool (like fluent) or use microsoft ribbon view control , figure out how use templates , styles myself (or find existing metro template it).

i tried combine telerik , caliburn had trouble getting them work. there caliburn telerik library based on caliburn micro 1.5.2 , i'm trying use caliburn.micro 2.0.2. problem aero-looking full window title bar , frame wrapped around telerik styled window.

i don't know enough conventions , such make work together. , frankly, not sure it's worth trouble. i'm looking more streamlined approach lessens dependence on pricy , heavy third party controls.

so, i'm looking guidance on whether should use straight telerik, straight caliburn or go through work of trying them work together.

what prefer use caliburn mvvm framework layer of styling, mahhaps provides. , controls aren't styled, ribbon bar, either use microsoft's ribbon bar , find templates , styles work or maybe 3rd party control fluent. getting in on head in trying learn templates , styles?

i found great resource maybe others new wpf , struggling similar questions benefit from: markpad, code52 project on codeplex.

it's written in wpf using caliburn micro mvvm framework (although it's version 1.5.2 rather current 2.0) , mahapps metro styles "roll own" windows. it's great looking app kind of simple menuing system looking , mdi implementation. it's example on how organize complex wpf application, unsure about.

it answers question: need use telerik? answer definite no. it's great learning tool me , maybe useful others.

Python Tkinter keyboard using bind -

ubuntu - Selenium Node Not Connecting to Hub, Not Opening Port -

i'm trying set demo selenium grid. have digital ocean ubuntu 14.02 droplet. (i have 2 , tried set using 2 different machines got nowhere.) i'm trying run hub , node both locally. here input both hub, node, , nmap results. https://gist.github.com/mekhami/d5bbecca5ff0de9d2dc9 so, node starting tcp connection reset , port it's supposed operate on closed. i have had no luck in number of different options , configurations work. but... of course, worked randomly once. don't know why, don't know did, know 1 brief moment, node connected , saw on grid console. tried run test , went down again , i've never seen come up. please let me know more information can provide. update: randomly came online again. don't know happened, might related timeout or time_wait or going on. this because vm/server not have enough entropy available. to resolve problem, install haveged (or other similar things). the instructions of how install haveged on ubu
